Outbound Sales Team Leader
Job description
Our client is a Global leader across several industries including Mining, Rail and IT and is looking for an experienced Sales Person and people leader to join this newly created team in the Western Suburbs of Sydney, on a permanent basis. This rare opportunity will see you building a successful, high-performance outbound sales team and utilizing your extensive sales skills and knowledge of the electrical wholesale industry.
The Role:
Reporting to the Sales Director, your responsibilities in this role will include however will not be limited to the following:
- Daily management of a small outbound sales team
- Overseeing the team and ensuring all KPI’s and objectives are being met.
- Maintaining a robust call cycle
- Identifying greater opportunities/generate leads through rapport building
- Assist in implementing a new CRM system
- Build relationships with internal & external stakeholders ensuring the company values are adhered to
About You:
- Proven and extensive experience in a sales and people management role
- Professional and engaging phone manner
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport
- High attention to detail
- You ideally have experience with a CRM system.
