This Australian construction company is a family owned business that has enjoyed solid growth, and are now looking for an experienced receptionist with a construction/building background to join their team and add value to this family oriented business.

The Role

You will have experience in:

  • Email management
  • Answering phones and managing a front desk
  • Reconciliation of expenses and invoices
  • Supporting Managing Directors
  • General office duties
  • Assisting the team with administration projects - presentations

What you need?

In order to be successful you will have:

  • Experience in the construction/building industry (3 - 5 years)
  • Demonstrable people management skills
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office
  • The ability to liaise with all levels within a business
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional time management
