The Role
In this exciting, varied and challenging role, your duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Assisting in recruitment of Legal Support staff
  • Project management of an upcoming office move
  • Assist HR to ensure smooth on-boarding of new staff
  • Manage budgets
  • Organise and negotiate corporate rates with hotels and serviced apartments
  • Manage relationships with various stakeholders
  • Maintain policies and procedures
  • Administration and maintenance of the Firms intranet
  • Coordinate office events
  • Complete WHS checks
  • Other duties as required

To be considered for this position, you MUST:

  • Have previous team or office management experience within a Law firm
  • Have exceptional people management skills
  • Have proven ability to negotiate effectively
  • Experience in new office set up would be ideal but not essential
  • Hold a degree in Business or other related fields
  • Be a team player and have proven experience to work cooperatively
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
