We are interested in hearing for candidates that have experience in:
- Diary management, travel coordination and meeting bookings
- Assisting accounts with reconciliations and expenses
- Administration including filing, scanning, and presentation preparation
- Being the main point of contact nationally for facilities, including repair requests and office relocations
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience in administration duties
- Demonstrable people management skills
- Facilities management experience
- The ability to liaise with all levels within a business
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
