The Opportunity

You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Logistics Schedulers to produce safe, efficient and cost effective transport plans on a national scale. - Driving and delivering on KPI's
- Leading and mentoring your team
- Collaborating with a diverse range of senior stakeholders across the business
- Executive level reporting
- Providing input in to the development of the TMS system

About You
We are looking for a strong leader with experience managing transport operations and ideally, transport planning/scheduling. You will also have;
- The ability to coach, mentor and develop teams
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
- An analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Strong technical understanding of systems (SAP & TMS preferred)
- Experience working in large business with a complex transport network
