Have you completed a degree, certificate or diploma in Information Technology, or do you have a similar qualification?

Can you demonstrate a minimum of 12 months experience working within an IT Helpdesk capacity?

With a number of roles working within the IT Helpdesk space, we are seeking candidates who are able to demonstrate experience, enthusiasm and professionalism.
