Legal Secretary - Workers Compensation

This is a full time temporary to permanent position with hours 9 am to 5pm. Your role within the firm will be to support a Senior Associate and Solicitor within the firms workers compensation team. Your duties will include:

  • Diary and email management
  • Monthly billing
  • Drafting and amending legal documents
  • File management (Scanning, archiving, printing etc)
  • All other administrative duties as required


To be successful in securing an interview for this position you must have:

  • 3 years experience as a Legal Secretary within Insurance Law (Ideally Workers Compensation)
  • Ideally you will have experience with Aderant
  • Professional presentation
  • Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
