Supporting 3 fee earners in a highly regarded Recoveries team, your main duties will include:
- High levels of client liaison,
- File maintenance,
- Diary management,
- Organising meeting and seminars,
- Preparing documents,
- Monthly billing and
- General administrative duties
This is a high volume, quick turnaround role, so if you are looking for a fast paced, busy role this could be the opportunity you have been waiting for!
To be considered for this varied and challenging role, you will have:
- 2-5 years Legal Secretarial experience
- Fast and accurate typing speed of 60wpm and
- Intermediate to advanced MS Word skills are required
