The Role
This is a newly created Legal Secretary role to start ASAP. You will be providing support to a new Partner as his team. The main area of expertise of the team is Mergers & Acquisitions.
Your duties will include:
- Liaising with high profile clients and professionals
- Dictaphone typing and drafting correspondence
- Document formatting
- Verification work
- Billing
- File and document management
- Electronic and paper filing
- Other secretarial tasks as required
About You
To be considered you will need to have:
- Minimum of 2 years' Legal Secretary experience in Corporate/M&A
- Advanced MS package and formatting skills
- High attention to detail
- Positive 'can do' attitude
- Ambition to grow with the firm
