This firm is renowned for their promotion of work/life balance and currently have a fantastic career opportunity for a Legal Secretary looking to join their high performing Litigation team!

THE ROLE

As an important member of the Litigation Group, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Extensive diary management
  • Email management
  • Organise internal and client meetings
  • Arrange international and domestic travel arrangements
  • Client liaison
  • Opening & closing files
  • AMEX Expenses, time sheet and monthly billing
  • Production of advice's, reports, presentations and correspondence




THE CANDIDATE

To be guaranteed an interview with this great employer, you must:

  • Possess 3yrs+ experience as a Legal Secretary within Litigation
  • Previous legal billing and track changes / mark up experience
  • Be Intermediate to Advanced MS Word and Intermediate MS PowerPoint & MS Excel
  • Have confidence in dealing with people at all levels and maintain strong working relationships
  • Be professionally presented and spoken
  • Have a typing speed 65wpm+
  • Have proven time management skills
  • Demonstrate initiative, enthusiasm and take pride in their work
