You will be supporting a Partner plus three others in a varied and interesting role. This high performing team focuses primarily on defendant Insurance Litigation matters. You will carry out an exciting range of Legal Secretarial responsibilities, such as:

  • Drafting court documents,
  • Billing,
  • Dictaphone typing,
  • Client liaison,
  • Managing correspondence,
  • Diary management and
  • General administrative duties

To meet expectation, you will have:

  • A minimum 3 years Legal Secretarial experience ideally with some Litigation exposure
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Experience using a legal billing software
