THE ROLE

Supporting a team of 4 within the Health & Aged care practice group, your duties will include:

  • Client liaison
  • Preparing and drafting correspondence and court documents
  • Extensive file and diary management
  • Editing and amending documents
  • Assisting with monthly billing
  • Collating briefs for Counsel
  • Filing and photocopying
  • Document collation
  • Ad hoc projects as required

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this great opportunity you must have:

  • 2+ years experience as a Legal Secretary
  • Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritise
  • Possess a "can do" attitude
  • A high attention to detail
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
