Located within the heart of Sydney's CBD, this national firm have experienced continued growth over recent years.

THE ROLE

This is a Full-time role, hours of 8.30am - 5pm. You will be supporting 3 Partners within the Corporate Law team, this role will involve duties which include but are not limited to:

  • Managing diaries and scheduling appointments
  • Liaising with high profile clients
  • Processing billing
  • Amending documents, briefs and court documents
  • Communicating professionally and effectively with clients and colleague across multiple levels
  • Managing incoming and outgoing phone calls and mail
  • Preparing documents and letters
  • Ad hoc secretarial duties

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this opportunity, you must be able to demonstrate:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working as a Legal Secretary
  • Intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills
  • A fast and accurate typing speed (65wpm +)
  • Experience with billing
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High levels of organisation and the ability to prioritise
