This role supports an Equity Partner. You can expect to work as part of a small commercial team where you will be involved in high volume document production and dictation. You can expect to be involved in the following tasks and duties:
- Producing high quality legal documents and letters
- Producing lease agreements
- Monthly billing and invoicing including intermittent billing
- Opening and closing files
- Liaising with clients over the phone
- Providing high level PA support
To be successful
You will be an experienced legal secretary with a proven ability in dictation, billing and document production. Experience in using Affinity and LawDocs will be highly regarded as will your knowledge of Word 2010. You will enjoy working as part of a team and take pride in supporting senior fee earners. In addition your skills will include prioritisation and an ability to work towards conflicting and changing deadlines.
