The ideal person to undertake this role will have litigation legal secretarial or assistant experience in managing diaries, client liaison, billing and court document production.
Knowledge of a commercial insurance practice groups or similar litigated areas will ensure you hit the ground running in this busy role. In addition you will consider yourself to be resilient and will possess the ability to work autonomously to conflicting deadlines. Most importantly this role will suit you if you have the ability to work hard and get the job done!
This role supports a team of high performing lawyers including the head of litigation. You can expect to be challenged on a daily basis and undertake varied work.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Diary & Email Management
- Liaising with clients, medical providers and courts
- Preparing briefs
- Assisting clients with queries
- Billing and Invoicing
- Opening, closing and maintaining client files
- Drafting legal court documents
