THE ROLE
On behalf of this reputable firm, we are recruiting for an experienced Legal Assistant to join their expanding team to provide secretarial and paralegal support to their team of Criminal Lawyers.
Duties of this Legal Assistant position will include:
To be successful for this Legal Assistant position, we are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive candidate who has proven experience in providing legal support to a team of Criminal Lawyers and is happy to take on office coordination duties.
You must have a genuine passion for criminal law and want to pursue a career within the industry.

- Extensive client liaison
- Being a gatekeeper for the lawyers
- Office coordination
- Creating and amending precedents
- Drafting bills
- Client and stakeholder liaison
- Preparing court documents and correspondence
- File management
- Assisting with process improvements
- Any additional general administrative tasks
