For you, the design and development of digital learning programmes is familiar territory. You’re an educator who understands the NQF and has your niche in the Moodle learning environment. You know how to build relationships with subject matter experts internally and externally to make magic happen in the form of specific educational outcomes.
We’re looking for a learning design specialist who embodies best practice learning and assessment methodology who can hit-the-ground-running. A confident communicator, you’ll be adept at achieving buy-in, pushing back where necessary and juggling multiple priorities to bring a project to completion.
Your broad experience at a senior level in learning and development or learning design and delivery or system design or assessment, moderation and quality assurance will be backed by sound project management skills and ideally, a relevant tertiary degree.
