With a focus on the delivery of Learning and Development initiatives and solutions, you will be accountable for building and developing capability across the leadership team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the implementation of the L&D framework targeted to divisional heads and business leaders
- Working closely with stakeholders to implement and roll out training and development programs
- Building strong stakeholder, partner and vendor relationships
- Coaching and empowering leaders in the business to lift performance and impact business results
To be considered for this role you must have proven experience in Learning and Development at a business partner capacity. Your understanding of the manufacturing and FMCG industry sector will be looked upon favourably. You will have demonstrated experience in rolling out L&D framework across a large business unit, with confidence in delivery training solutions and programs to senior level. Finally, qualifications in HR or Organisational Psychology, coupled with a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment are essential.
