The Role

This is a full time temporary to permanent position with hours 8:45 am to 5:15 pm . Your role within the firm will be to support a team of Senior Secretaries within the Insurance Litigation practice group. Your duties will include:

  • Preparing documents, letters and correspondence
  • Processing and assisting with monthly billing
  • Dictaphone typing
  • Email and diary management
  • Answering telephones
  • All other general administration duties as required

The Candidate
To be successful in this role, you MUST have:

  • A minimum of 12 months Legal Secretarial experience
  • Intermediate level of Microsoft Word skills and a fast and accurate typing speed
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • The proven ability to multitask and work under pressure
