This busy and fast-paced role will see you joining and supporting the national team. Reporting to the National IT Manager you will be responsible for:
Providing timely and effective IT support for all staff
Responding to level 1 and level 2 support queries via a ticketing system
Managing network log on accounts, servers, network equipment, telephony systems, building and office security systems
Providing support and/or troubleshooting for application related issues
Troubleshooting printing hardware and software related issues
Installing, configuring and troubleshooting of desktop hardware
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following:
Experience working in a similar role responding to level 1 and level 2 support queries
Experience working in a fast paced environment
Experience using Citrix or a similar software
Clear and concise communication skills
Be able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
