about the role
Reporting directly to the CFO, this role contributes at both a strategic and operational level and will see you responsible for the development and management of necessary procedures and policies to ensure installation and service activities are performed in compliance with the highest standards.
Day to day you will be responsible for providing daily operation and direction to the team ensuring that all parts of project management, installations processes and ongoing support services come together efficiently to deliver the best possible outcomes, consistently delivering well above expectations. This role will also see you responsible for engaging and training employees and contractors appointed on installations, managing budgets and costs effectively in respect of the planning and installation process to ensure margins are maximised. Liaising with senior management daily, this role will also see you responsible for quality outputs and engaging with customers to ensure expectations have been surpassed.
With a high level of interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively drive communication, you are professionally presented with strong business acumen and an understanding of operational and delivery methods whilst fostering an energetic environment where all installation and support services are delivered on time.
With highly developed organisational skills, you will have the ability to prioritise a team's work flow and deliver projects in the required time-frames. A seasoned people manager, you have a strong process improvement focus and the ability to think on your feet. You pride yourself on your negotiation skills, demonstrated customer service skills and ability to quickly acquire technical knowledge relating to a product and service rage.
