Reporting to the Customer Experience Director, this is a role that will see you nurture, grow and maintain relationships within an existing customer base. Taking a consultative sales approach, you will identify customer needs and present solutions to ensure customer retention and satisfaction, and ensure contracts are always renewed.
Mostly a phone based to succeed you will need to demonstrate a 2-3 years' experience in an internal sales role role with a proven track record and the ability to take a consultative approach, to grow and retain customers. Experience in a SAAS environment is highly desirable, although any B2B sales experience will be considered. This is a company in an exciting growth phase, where you can have a long career trajectory.
