The Company and Role
This is a fast paced inbound call centre within the financial services industry, as the first point of contact, you will be required to quickly identify the needs of the customer and help them over the phone or via email.
Ensure all inbound calls are answered and responded to
Answer customer inquiries with a high standard of quality
Respond to emails
Undertake administration activities as required
Identify and suggest process improvements
Educate customers on all services available to them
Some basic payment calculations to be worked out over the phone
Receive between 50-80 calls per day
Previous phone based customer service experience
Clear communication skills and a professional phone manner
Strong skills within administration
Empathetic, understanding and friendly nature
Ability and willingness to adapt to different situations
