- Partnering with one or more business leaderships for the implementation of HR Strategies.
- Meet business objectives supporting and delivering a high engaged workforce.
- Providing strategic advise to senior management.
- Understand employment legislation, managing risk and compliance.
- Government experience is highly regarded.
- Experience in managing cultural and major change.
- High level of consulting skills.
- Qualifications in Change Management or relevant fields.
