people2people are working closely with NSW Government who are seeking an experienced HR Leadership Partner on a 6 month contract in CBD.
Responsibilities:
- Partnering with one or more business leaderships for the implementation of HR Strategies.
- Meet business objectives supporting and delivering a highly engaged workforce.
- Duties across workforce planning, leadership development, talent management, change management, business improvement
- Providing strategic advise to senior management.
- Understand employment legislation managing risk and compliance.
Experience:
- Government experience is highly regarded.
- Experience in managing cultural and major change.
- High level of consulting skills.
- Tertiary HR qualifications or relevant experience.
