THE ROLE

Supporting this busy HR team, your main duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Drafting monthly HR reportsPreparing letters of offerSupport team of 4
  • Extensive diary management
  • Updating and managing the organisation's HR database
  • Assisting with recruitment processPreparing spread sheets
  • Managing the on-boarding and exiting processes
  • General administrative duties

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this role you will posses:

  • A minimum of 1 year administrative experience
  • A degree / diploma within HR
  • Advanced MS office skills and a fast and accurate typing speed
  • Highly organised disposition with strong administrative skill set
  • The confidence to liaise with professionals at all levels and most importantly be a true team player
