Reporting directly to the IT Manager, you will be responsible for delivering support across the software, hardware and communications infrastructure. Specifically you will:
Experience
To be considered for interview, you will have a strong interest and genuine passion for Information Technology. Coupled with studies in this field, you will have experience in a similar high-touch role supporting users at all levels in an on-site face to face scenario, as well as through a ticketed system. Your strong communication skills and stable working history will be looked upon favourably, alongside your demonstrated team playing and adaptable skill set.

Job description

The Role
Reporting directly to the IT Manager, you will be responsible for delivering support across the software, hardware and communications infrastructure. Specifically you will:
- Provide a high degree of frontline customer service and IT support to all internal stakeholders, resolving technical issues in a timely manner
- Install, maintain and upgrade hardware and equipment
- Monitor system performance and reliability
- Support patching, security updates and upgrades of hardware, software and infrastructure
- Assist with IT and operations projects that arise
