About the Role:

Essential to be Considered:
- Tertiary Qualifications in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Behavioural Sciences, or equivalent.ย
- A minimum of 5 yearsโ experience with the organisation development field and/or Learning Development.
- A medical assessment (including a drug and alcohol test) is required as part of the recruitment process, along with a National Police Check (issued within the past 6 months) is also required to progress your application.
- Experience in dealing with industrial issues in a heavily unionised environment
- Demonstrated experience in conducting a capability/training need analysis.
- Demonstrated business partnering experience across significantly varied stakeholder groups.ย
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
