Due to growth there is now an opportunity for a graduate to join our CBD head office. To be considered for this role you will have proven experience in people orientated positions where your strong interpersonal, people and problem solving skills were applied. You will be competitive at heart and exert a passion for success. You will be advanced on the Microsoft suite with strong administration skills and possess the ability to learn new systems quickly. Finally, you will have an openness to on-going training and adapt to feedback quickly.You will report directly into the Manager of the CBD permanent specialist team and support five consultants. You will be accountable for:
- Resourcing candidates through a variety of channels including social media and in house databases
- Reviewing applications and screening candidates
- Conducting interviews and reference checks
- Liaising with clients and candidates
- Actively building your personal brand through company blogs, videos, twitter and LinkedIn
