Job description
The Role
- Provide strategic insights regarding company performance and projects that drive ultimate decision making by C-Suite executives
- Manage the successful transition of an ERP implementation project
- Deliver monthly management reporting and board papers
- Ensure tax compliance duties are managed in conjunction with external Accountant
- Deliver annual operation budget and regular cashflow forecast projections
Your Background
- CPA/CA qualified and proven experience as a Financial Controller/Head of Finance in a retail environment. Unfortunately it is going to be extremely difficult to progress without meeting this criteria
- Prior experience at this level in a SME is strongly preferred due to the "hands-on" nature of the role
- You are a seasoned leader of staff and thrive when given the opportunity to train and mentor a team
- Demonstrated experience working with C-Level executives and ability to shape strategic decision making
