Reporting to the Finance Manager, your responsibilities will be equally split between accounts receivable and billings. As a key support to the team, your tasks with include:
- Receipting of office and trust accounts
- Reconciliations and allocation of payments
- Preparations of rates for client billings
- Assuring the correct invoices and billings are sent out to clients.
To be considered for this role you will possess excellent communication skills and previous experience in a prior role. Your exposure to the legal industry will ensure you are success. You will present yourself professionally, be on the ball and love seeing tasks through to the end!
