We are currently recruiting for a global service provider who are seeking an experienced Finance Officer to assist with the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. The Role:

Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for accounts payable and accounts receivable related to the region. You will be responsible for:

• Processing subcontractor payments

• Allocating payments

• Accounts receivable for their COD accounts

• Debt collection

• Setting up direct debit payment plans

• Raising purchase orders

• Following up on any discrepencies and resolving disputes

• Raising credit notes

• Ad hoc administration duties as required

About you:

To successful candidate will have:

• Strong attention to detail

• Accounts payable and debtor management experience is essential

• Clear and concise communication skills

• Intermediate Excel skills, must be competent using vlookups and pivot tables

• Exposure to the Real Estate, Construction or Services industry is advantageous

The salary on offer for this position is up to $55,000 plus super.
