We are currently recruiting for a global service provider who are seeking an experienced Finance Officer to assist with the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for accounts payable and accounts receivable related to the region. You will be responsible for:
Processing subcontractor payments
Accounts receivable for their COD accounts
Setting up direct debit payment plans
Raising purchase orders
Following up on any discrepencies and resolving disputes
Raising credit notes
Ad hoc administration duties as required
To successful candidate will have:
Strong attention to detail
Accounts payable and debtor management experience is essential
Clear and concise communication skills
Intermediate Excel skills, must be competent using vlookups and pivot tables
Exposure to the Real Estate, Construction or Services industry is advantageous

The salary on offer for this position is up to $55,000 plus super.
