Job description

The Opportunity
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will primarily be responsible for the installation and maintenance for a range of appliances across the Brisbane South and Northern New South Wales area. Your key areas of accountability will include;
- Installation of a range of a appliances and assisting with project management
- Scheduled preventative maintenance
- Attending breakdowns to repair equipment and resolving problems over the phone where possible
- Spare parts/inventory management for the company van you are provided
- Providing customer service on-site and over the phone
- Up-selling products and services
About You
We are looking for an experienced Field Technician who is motivated, committed and looking for a long-term career. You will also have;
- A high level of attention to detail with excellent communication skills
- Immaculate presentation - you will be the face of the business
- The ability to think on your feet, resolve conflict with customers and up-sell products/services
- Experience in a similar role maintaining electrical appliances or machinery
- Restricted Electrical Licence (Disconnect/Reconnect) highly advantageous
- Police check (or willing to obtain)
- Working with children check (or willing to obtain)
- WHS White card (or willing to obtain)
