I am currently recruiting for an experienced Executive Assistant for a 6-month temporary position working for a Government Agency. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for flexible working and it will be a mix of working in the office and working from home. Supporting the General Manager and Divisional Heads you will be provide high level executive secretarial and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities will include:
· High level executive support and administration support.
· Draft, prepare and coordinate correspondence, reports and presentations.
· Organise appointments, arrange meetings and diary management.
· Screen telephone calls and respond to inquiries for the General Manager and Divisional Heads.
· Prepare and distribute agendas and take minutes at meetings.
· Invoice Management.
· Ad hoc administration requests for the wider team.
Experience and Skills needed:
· Proven experience in providing high level executive support.
· Extensive experience of MS Office Suite.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Proven capacity to work as part of a team.
· Negotiation and liaison skills.
· Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to multitask and prioritise.
