people2people is working closely with NSW Government who are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant in Sydney CBD on a 3 month project with possible chance of extension after the initial commitment.
You will be:
- Working closely with the 2 Directors assisting with their requirements.
- Record and diary Mangement.
- Communicating on the Directors behalf.
- Keeping on track with the busy workload managing timeframes.
You must have:
- Government experience at an executive level.
- Knowledge of government processes along with SAP and Objective.
- Experience working as a Personal/ Executive Assistant.
- Ability to meet timeframes.
- Ability to use initiative.
