People2people has partnered with a government body in Frankston seeing an executive assistant on a temporary full time basis for a 1 month duration.
Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Providing 1:1 support at senior management level
Diary and email management and expense reconciliation
domestic travel coordination
Drafting of correspondence and maintaining and updating systems and databases
Provide administrative support to broader team
What you will bring to the role:
Previous experience as an executive assistant or personal assistant
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High levels of attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to pick up systems and softwares and extensive Microsoft Office use
Strong internal and external stakeholder management experience
Please note: This role requires a working with children's check and willingness to undertake a police check.
