At people2people we are seeking experienced Executive Assistants who are immediately available for temporary positions based in Sydney CBD and the surrounding suburbs.
- Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant is a MUST
- Confidence to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Advanced MS skills - Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Flexibility to act upon ad hoc duties
- Diary and email management
- Organisation of travel, events and accommodation
- Coordination of meetings including agendas and minute taking
- Responding to incoming correspondence
- Production of reports and presentations
- Management of expenses and invoices
- Additional administration duties when required
