This is an Enterprise level Account Manager role that focuses on increasing revenue through an existing customer base. With an emphasis on maintaining customer relationships you will need to engage in regular contact and seek opportunities to grow enterprise level accounts. This will also involve creating and managing reports to monitor terms of contracts as these accounts are crucial to the business.
The ideal candidate will bring prior experience managing enterprise level accounts in SaaS, ensuring high customer retention and satisfaction.
