Take your experience in addiction services into a leadership role in the wellbeing space.
• Lead and support EAP programme and create new ones
• Innovative, family friendly company with new GM
• Awesome rewards and benefits
If 2020 has you craving a new outlet for your commitment to delivering innovative addiction services, this fast-growing commercial wellbeing provider could offer a fresh start in a team whose passion for providing meaningful support matches your own.
Better still, it’s also a truly amazing place to work, with a creative and super-positive new GM at the helm, an appetite for innovation and, when it comes to the wellbeing of their own team, they truly ‘walk-the-walk’ with a benefits package unlike any you’ll have seen.
We’re looking for a confident and driven addiction services practitioner, who has managed or led people, and is keen to inspire and work collaboratively alongside this small, but highly capable call centre team. Whether you're talking to current and potential customers about solutions, answering client calls and arranging appropriate support from the provider pool, or keeping the team up-to-date with best practice (particularly in alcohol and drug), you’ll provide sound oversight of the addiction services portfolio. Rest assured, there will be complex cases requiring your special brand of expertise and plenty of opportunities to grow the programme’s scope.
Your degree in psychology, counselling or social work, ideally to post graduate level, will be backed by sound experience in the addictions field within a clinical or counselling setting. Registered, with a good working knowledge of workplace health and safety practice and regulations, your empathy, innate people skills, and natural inquiring approach will be just as valued as your technical ability and commercial nous.
As part of this small, but amazingly supportive team, you can look forward to an attractive salary and a fantastic range of benefits including life insurance, medical insurance, superannuation, birthday leave, fuel discounts and much more.
Ready to support wellbeing in the community differently in 2021 and lead this addiction services programme to new success? Apply online or call Annie O’Keefe now to find out more.
