This professional, award winning Law firm based in the CBD is looking for a high level EA to support their well respected CEO. Hours for this role are 8:30am - 5:30pm with limited overtime and no weekend work. Flexible working arrangements may be considered.

Your duties will be varied; including creating tenders and amending lengthy documentation, diary management, monitoring correspondence, screening telephone calls, high levels of client liaison, arranging meetings, database management, and general PA duties. You will also be involved with marketing duties, where you will be involved with project work, event management, preparing marketing reports, maintaining the firms social media presence and coordinating internal meetings and events.

To secure an interview with this prestigious firm, you will have minimum 5 years experience working as an EA supporting a Senior Professional. A legal background is ideal, however experience in other professional services industries will be considered.
