This Sydney CBD based property organisation is growing, and now have the need for an experienced marketing strategist and leader to establish and drive digital marketing strategy across their centres.
Reporting to the CTO, you will partner with a number of teams across the business as you take responsibility for the development and execution of the entire digital marketing strategy, in tandem with existing marketing efforts. This role is autonomous, however you will liaise and lead the centre-based Marketing Managers, to ensure a consistent and professional brand image is portrayed and common goals are met. There is a heavily analytical component to this role, and you will utilise data collection infrastructure and strategies to develop customer insights.
Tertiary qualified, you must have demonstrable experience in a digital marketing leadership role, along with outstanding communication skills and a proven ability to influence and engage. Critical to your success is your background in and understanding of shopping centre marketing and retailer engagement. Hands on campaign management and system skills (SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM software) will be viewed favourably.
