The Opportunity
This role will see you will facilitate the demand management process by forecasting and planning for a specific category in the business. Your other responsibilities will include;
- Developing and managing a baseline forecast using the demand planning system. Collating data from various departments including finance, sales and marketing.
- Advising management on future inventory spend and communicate the forecast into the IBP process.
- Conducting root cause analysis and corrective action to support the sales forecast accuracy.
- Providing detailed analysis and reporting of trends to the S&OP plan to identify, communicate, and address gaps.

About You
We are looking for a highly self-motivated individual. You are highly analytical with the ability to interpret and manage complex data. You will also have;
- Proven experience in demand planning
- Strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills
- Have the ability to build strong relationships with a diverse range of Stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
- A sound understanding of end-to-end supply chain
- Previous experience using an ERP system
