about the role
Reporting to the Materials Manager, this permanent position will see you responsible for acting as the customer and supplier interface and facilitating the quoting, sales and support of their services.
Duties will include:
- Acting as the primary point of contact
- Provide support to customers whilst providing high service levels
- Provide proactive updates to customers on work orders
- Manage backorder reports
- Invoicing and updating internal systems
- Problem solving
