As a first-class Customer Service Consultant, your duties will include (but not be limited to):
Manage incoming mail and inbound calls
Support in the processes of vehicle delivery and disposal (processing concessions, validating new vehicle data, delivering vehicle in system, processing transport invoices, etc)
Complete finance applications, settlements and obtain finance payout figures from financiers
Liaise with third party service providers
Manage key operational activities
Work with the team to complete end of month tasks to prepare for invoicing
Support new client implementations
Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative role supporting clients with customized requirements
Experience in a high paced environment where a high level of attention to detail is fundamental
Able to complete process-orientated tasks in a methodical and timely manner
Experience taking inbound calls for main business enquiry line
Working to deadlines and team goals
Experience in fleet management, automotive or finance industry (desirable)
