This Australia owned digital media business is currently looking for a systems savvy Customer Service Team Leader to implement their new telephonic system.

You will be assisting with the implementation of a new telephonic system.
- Training other staff to use the Fidelity system
- Assisting setting up the system
- Gold Coast Location
With previous implementing/ system improvement experience, you will be able to hit the ground running in this role. Your knowledge and skills within a call centre environment will be called upon to help streamline the implementation of the new telephonic system. You will have used, and ideally previously implemented, a predictive dialler phone system. Ideally you have previously working in a large outbound call centre. Previous experience with the Fidelity System is preferable, though not essential.
