Job description
People2people are working with a well-known retailer in a sought-after location of Western Sydney. Within this friendly and motivated Customer Service team, the successful candidate will play a vital role in assisting the team to consistently offer a high level of service to their customers.
The Role
Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
- Ensuring all customer needs are met over the phone and via email.
- High volume order/data entry and customer details
- Overseeing the entire end to end order process for customers.
- Assist with website cases lodged by customers.
About You
- Previous experience in a high-volume, phone-based customer service position
- Engaging and professional phone manner
- Proven accurate data entry skills and high attention to detail
- Previous experience in working with CRM systems (preferred but not essential)
- You thrive on providing excellent customer service and always looking for opportunities to go above and beyond for the customer
