We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative on a temporary basis for a one month duration for our client who is an internationally leading manufacturer and distributor of coffee products based in Mulgrave. This role has an immediate start and requires full availability Monday-Friday for a one month duration.


Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound customer inquiries and delivering exceptional customer service

• Processing customer orders 

• Promoting and upselling products and services to existing and new customers

• Objection handling

• Complete daily administrative tasks 

Requirements:

• Proficiency in computer systems including Excel, Word and Outlook.

• Previous phone-based customer service experience

• Experience in processing orders is desirable
