Having experienced rapid growth over the past year, an urgent need for a Customer Service star has arisen within their Customer Service team. Working within the close knit team, you will take responsibility for order management and will ensure that distribution to customers is seamless.
- Receiving, processing, checking and confirming all orders
- Assist both internal and external customers with product enquiries
- Handle customer complaints and issues and resolve to the satisfaction of the customer
- Work in a collaborative manner with the team and internal and external stakeholders to achieve customer service goals
