Customer Service Representative

This national business, a specialist in the health industry is currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to join their busy team. This temp to perm role will be Monday to Friday.

Reporting to the Team Leader in this opportunity you will be responsible for:

  • Providing a professional and timely customer services experience to clients via phone & e-mail
  • Answering a high-volume of inbound calls
  • Maintain client relationships
  • Update and maintain their internal CRM system
  • Escalate complex matters to relevant staff when necessary
  • Processing registration and renewal payments and documents
  • Comply with code of conduct and other policies and procedures


Skills/Experience:

  • Previous customer service experience, ideally in an inbound contact centre environment
  • Degree qualified
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to use initiative and problem solving skills
  • Have a resilient nature
  • Be able to work under pressure
  • Solid computer skills with the ability to pick up new systems quickly
