We are looking for passionate and creative individuals who enjoys providing a high degree of customer service. You will be reporting directly to the General Manager of Customer Care and have a focus on coordinating all inbound customer activity in a timely and efficient manner. You will be specifically accountable for:
- Handling customer enquiries via phone and email with a focus on first contact resolution
- Providing exceptional product information
- Participating in team activities and meetings and ensuring strong collaboration
You will have previous experience in a similar environment, ideally working within the healthcare or medical industry sector. Your compassionate and clear communication skills will be looked upon favourably, alongside your ability to adapt to different stakeholders. Finally you will be able to demonstrate your analytical thinking and problem solving skills through strong negotiating and high attention to detail.
